HPZS will be working with owner and founder of the Yannell Foundation for Sustainable Development, Dr. Michael Yannell, to turn an existing two-story residence in the Ravenswood neighborhood into PHIUS+ Certified home.
It is the first of it’s kind speculative Energy Star ZERH (Zero-Ready Energy Home) PHIUS+ renovation in Illinois and will be on the market in late 2018.
